HistoryIn 1986 AutoSoft Multimedia srl. created its first software designed to replicate the theory tests for driving licenses, which it sells on a national scale of an ever-growing commercial network.
Alongside the research and development of the software, the assembly of personal computers is initiated upon specific request of the clients as well as the implementation of IT rooms in driving schools.
Since 1999 the products of AutoSoft Multimedia have been extended from educational to TELEMATICA (telematic) communication with the ministry of transport for the booking of necessary papers and relative services provided by Italian driving schools.
At the moment, AutoSoft Multimedia has received certification from the ministry of transport of the ability of the company to supply all types of services related to connectivity geared towards driving school; provided by and activated by the ministry of transport.
Since 2004 AutoSoft Multimedia has also been a publisher for educational texts and manuals specific to any kind of driving licenses. AutoSoft Multimedia is the first italian company in its sector to offers its clients a range of IT products and EDITORIALS that are wholly complementary with each other to produce an efficient learning system that has high quality technology.
The work and dedication carried out by AutoSoft Multimedia is also testified by the management of the websites www.patente.it and www.educazionalestradale.it. These websites have now become an important reference point for advice on driving licenses with thousands of daily hits made by professional operators in the transport sectors, by driving schools and trainee drivers.
AutoSoft Multimedia is also a tool for information and upgrade for the transport sector thanks to the publication of the quarterly publication www.patente.it which is mailed free of charge to over 6000 Italian driving schools as well as employees of various ministries and other organisations for vocational training of drivers.
Over the years, AutoSoft Multimedia has progressively gained a wider dimension for an even more remarkable activity of distribution and sales of its products on even an international scale. For the international market, AutoSoft Multimedia has set up the SIDA EDUCATION brand which includes specific multimedia software products geared towards professional and technical development institutions.
